I might add, that I don't remember when/where I learned of Placid Waters' construction. I may have seen something that mentioned competitions -- I don't recall. But that would've been several years ago. And as I've said, there's been large amounts of inactivity and no promotion except that one round, so even if I saw something, it certainly wasn't reinforced by any other news coverage.

But who knows?
