It should be said that True New York Pizza is a thing of beauty unto itself -- nothing like the pale imitation pizzas flogged nationwide by the likes of Dominos and Pizza Slut. True New York Pizza can be bought by the slice and will induce fourth or fifth degree burns in your mouth as you try to wrestle it in its paper or plastic wrapping -- the grease alone is capable of holding hydrogen fusion heat temperatures for several hours. It is delicious. And of one the two things I miss most about not living in the NYC area.

Chicago Stuffed Pizza is not only a different pizza, it's an entire food group unto itself -- it can be found in any standard reference work under "ambrosia -- food of the gods". Surely any decent librarian knows this.
