So nice to know that we're like those big cities with idiots who leave unsecured ladders in their trucks and then lose them across freeways just for giggles. Our traffic reports would have this one, too, except (a) it happened even as I was driving at that point and (b) morning traffic reports end at 9:01 am. (grin)
