Glad you had a lovely Easter! I've never had lamb for easter - that sounds really good, we'll have to try it.

We had a wonderful brunch w/ kids - who gave each other Peeps - and then I was lazy w/ a cheese omelet for dinner. :D

(You have, of course, microwaved Peeps before haven't you? You are a scientist after all. It's a fine art, getting them as puffy big as possible without them melting into goo.)
