If You're Going To Detcon 1 On Thursday

If you haven't heard, please be advised that Vice-President Joe Biden is supposed to be speaking at Cobo Hall in Detroit at 3:30pm. Expect some road closures. The Detcon website should have more info Thursday morning.

Detcon opening ceremonies at 8pm.
