I used to drive out to the McMath-Hulbert Solar Observatory for some star gazing and interesting discussions, but haven't been out there since they opened the WAY-TOO-BRIGHTLY-LIT outlet mall just down the road from it.

If I'd know about this a few days ago I might have made some calls to see if any viewing would be possible. Would have been fun to drop by again.
