That the National Party thinks that they can dictate what is legally and morally a STATE matter, is a brilliant display of arrogance. I'm assuming that somewhere in the arcanna of the party's rules, they reserve to themselves at the national level the right to be assholes.
If it were me? I'd just vote Libertarian in the fall, and the Dems can see if they can win a Presidential Election without Michigan and Florida. Even if they win, they'll have split the party. Things like this create long lasting resentments that will cause problems for decades!
