Well the rumors make it sound like his "doctors" were doing him no favors. And quite a lot of websites either were crushed or bruised by the load demands as first word passed he was sent to the hospital, then his death and now the remembrances.
At first I thought it weird and inappropriate that people on the street were saying that this is "like the assassination of JFK", but looking at their ages -- up to age 36 for one man, i.e. born 10 years after Dallas -- I realized that they are too young to know what the assassination of JFK was really like. They are just struggling to find comparisons. Kind of like on 9/11, when so many people said that it looked like the events in an action blockbuster. Inappropriate, but surreally on target.
