It does, doesn't it? And therein lies the next problem. My LJ icons are heavily, but not completely, Kate Winslet. So if I was on Second Life, would I avatar Kate? Or would I express the horror of trying to design a fat 425 lb. avatar -- sort of Jabba The Hut With Beard/Glasses/Hat?

You could shoot the furries. But they'd probably kick you off Second Life.
