Stuck In Doldrums

Makes me want to rush out and writer for a few weeks. But... I'm up to my ass in my three classes. The "kids" are all taking Exam 3 today. It's been a long weird semester for everyone, weirder than usual. Can't be the stress of the elections and the tanking of the economy weirding anyone out, can it?

Anyway, I fully expect everyone to play bombs away on the exams today. Thanksgiving can't come soon enough. Unless you're the Detroit Lions. (hee-hee)

One group came in all happy -- and I think they did really well. Another came in tired and run down. Not so sure about them.

Then there was the student who was so happy to leave for Thanksgiving vacation, they only just now realized, uh, they had an exam today.

Oops.
