Today they were discussing a rumor that Harlequin is paying authors only a 6% royalty on e-books, while the "usual" e-book royalties run 30-50% because the overhead costs are so low. Whether it is true or not, the discussion under Comments which followed is a good one about implications of contracts between authors and publishers.
