And are we surprised that the printer driver was run on a Mac?

My personal favorite, though, is the "crew" working on the LEGO printer. The whole thing looks like one of the paving machines they use to do continuous concrete pours when they rebuild freeways. (grin)

Mrs. Dr. Phil wants the LEGO printer to use the engine of one of those 3D "printers" and have it make LEGO parts to make more LEGO 3D printers... OMG, it'd be like Skynet, only CUTE! Who could resist the allure of LEGO Terminators?

Samantha Carter's Replicator double is from Stargate SG-1. Don't remember if Replicator Sam ever showed up in the Stargate Atlantis universe...

BZZZZZT! Nope, you're wrong. Yes, Kaylee (Kaywinnit Lee Frye) is in Firefly. Dr. "Kaylee" refers to Jewel Staite's Atlantis role of Dr. Jennifer Keller, who happened to be duplicated by the "Good" Replicators during one bit.
