What's up with all this spam?

dr_phil_physicsI keep getting these unintelligible comments over on LiveJournal -- first on older posts and now on more recent ones. I am assuming these are attempts to get on my Friends list or otherwise engage me in a dialogue so they can try to sell/scam me. Nearly all are poorly written and published by Anonymous. I'd really like to keep Anonymous posting open, and so far the numbers of these weird comments is low. But...

Note too that not one of these have active links, so you have to work at either finding their links or engaging in conversation. To which I say -- my professional consulting rate is $150/hour, minimum of three hours if you need me to do your work.
As I have posted before, we need a better level of scammer on the Internet. These are just embarrassing.
Oh, and I screen all Anonymous posts. There's a Policy on Anonymous and Spam Comments in the margins on LJ. Needless to say those above are all starving to death in the queue.
